अरीजा इल्मिया शिक्षा समिति का उद्देश्य महिलाओं व लड़कियों को रोज़गारपरक शिक्षा जिसे सिलाई, कढ़ाई, बुनाई, ब्यूटीशियन, कंप्यूटर , आदि की भी ट्रेनिंग देकर उन्हें अपने पैरों पर खड़ा होने में सक्षम बनाना है समिति द्वारा उक्त समस्त कार्यों की ट्रेनिंग महिलाओं में लड़कियों को निशुल्क प्रदान की जाती है जिससे सभी आय वर्ग को इसका लाभ पहुंचे सके क्योंकि समाज के कमजोर वर्ग पैसे को कमी के कारण इन सबसे दूर ही रह जाते हैं और जीवन में आगे नहीं बढ़ पाते।
